Open the Control Panel from the Start.

Open the Network and Internet.

Open the Network and sharing center.

Open the Change adapter settings.

Right-click to open, the property, the LAN adapter icon and connect broadband router.(Adapter with the mark, "X" if you do not know the wired adapter or wireless adapter is disabled.)

In the Ethernet Connection Properties screen, click the Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4), and then click Properties.

Changed to "Use the following IP" address, you can input a static IP address.

Please input another look at the sample input broadband router manufacturer to use a static IP address.

After completing the static IP address settings, complete with the OK button to exit the screen of the property.
